Concepción Ibáñez Escobar (Canet de Mar, Barcelona, March 26, 1926- Barcelona, December 22, 2022)1known as Concha Ibáñez, was a contemporary Spanish painter and engraver. Dedicated to landscape painting, she painted lands of Catalonia, Castile, Andalusia, the Balearic and Canary Islands, Venice, Greece and the Maghreb, Cuba and New York City. His oil and engraving illustrations have accompanied works by writers such as Baltasar Porcel, Miquel de Palol, Marta Pessarrodona, Cesáreo Rodríguez-Aguilera and Josep María Carandell.
